We take great pride in working with all of our clients. It is our policy to complete each and every project on time without sacrificing quality.
To accomplish this goal, we have established certain criteria. Clients are scheduled by appointment.
We schedule only those projects that can be successfully completed in a given time period. This practice guarantees that all deadlines are met.
Clients are asked to call ahead to cancel appointments. Missed appointments, without notification are subject to a charge of$25.
All charges for labor, notions, fabrics etc. will be discussed at the end of the first fitting. On invoices over $100 a 50% deposit will be required. Clients will receive a copy of invoice stating all charges /or estimate of charges.
Clients are encouraged to ask any questions they may have regarding alterations, policies or procedures.
